Our Side vs Their Side Thinking
Keep in mind that half the country and nearly all American media lionized this piece of shit simply because he was perceived to be on “their side.” Fauci’s dislike of Trump was all it took for most of the Left to cease critical thinking on Covid and accept whatever nonsensical, contradictory bullshit came out of his mouth. Granted, much of the country never heard any alternative information due to mainstream media coverups and social media/Google censorship. However, even when they did, most just needed to know what Fauci and their favorite politicians & media personalities believed. End of discussion.
Whatever the issue, a good test of your critical thinking is, if the same action was taken by someone opposite of your favored party, would you still support it? Are you letting someone else do your thinking for you? Are you more concerned with supporting your side and “winning,” or are you sticking by your principles and beliefs?
