Almost $8 trillion is invested in Nvidia and cryptocurrencies. All of you who’ve put your money in these, do you have a good understanding how Nvidia makes its money or how cryptocurrency works? Less than 10 years ago, most people hadn’t even heard of either. For perspective, Nvidia alone now has a market value equal to Walmart, Exxon, Costco, Coca-Cola, Netflix, Proctor & Gamble, GE, Cisco, United Health, Toyota, and McDonalds — COMBINED!!! Check the math if you don’t believe me. Yes, it would cost you the same amount of money to buy all those companies in their entirety as it would to buy just Nvidia. I’m guessing some people are breaking Warren Buffett’s #1 rule of investing.
