I’m really not a conspiracy theorist at heart. I believe in Occam’s Razor, which says all things being equal, the simplest explanation is usually the best. Nowadays, you can turn into a conspiracy theorist on almost anything given all the fake material floating around the web. Even with well-documented, evidence-based information, the reflex action of media and politicians is to scream “misinformation” if it goes against their narratives. We can literally be observing something in real time that some leftist source will tell us isn’t happening and not to believe our own eyes and ears. So, given the difficulty with getting accurate, sourced information, sometimes you just have to fall back on logic, common sense, experience, and your fundamental knowledge of human behavior; i.e., what makes sense, and what doesn’t make sense.
For example, on January 6th, what does it tell you that hundreds of hours of video taped evidence was destroyed or classified? What does it tell you that any information was suppressed on account of national security? What does it tell you that committee witnesses weren’t allowed to be cross-examined? What does it tell you that one of the most prominent on-camera inciters of the riot, Ray Epps, received only a slap on the wrist, and only that after so much attention was brought to him, while people who were guilty of nothing more than being in the wrong place at the wrong time were held indefinitely until pardoned by Trump?
In virtually any credible conspiracy, you can find little things that should scream out to you that something is not right. The JFK assassination may be the most well documented collection of WTF inconsistencies. Most of them are common knowlege now–the gunshot angles, Jack Ruby, the mob connections, the death of witnesses, the disappearance of the President’s brain, etc. There are too many things to list, but even if there wasn’t evidence, there were soooooo many things about the official story that should have screamed “This is total BULLSHIT!” It seems everytime I read about the assassination, I find another piece. Today I was reading about the Life magazine picture of Lee Harvey Oswald with his rifle, which Oliver Stone hinted was doctored in his movie. But do we really need evidence it was fake or doctored? Think about it–this is the 1960s when cameras and film are expensive. There are almost no pictures of Oswald pre-assassination, and one they just happen to find weeks later is one of him holding the rifle supposedly used in the killing plus two Marxist newspapers?! I mean, give me a f-ing break!! 🙄 Have you or anyone you know ever in your life taken a picture with a rifle and some of your favorite reading material, even today when most of us have taken 1000s of pictures with our phones?! These are the kinds of things that should be a slap upside the head to anyone with the smallest shred of critical thinking skills, regardless of some expert tells you a piece of evidence is genuine or not.
So, when it comes to everything you read, see, or hear nowadays, try to fall back on your experience and brains before believing what you’re told. If it smells like bullshit, then it probably is.
