The thing about this poll that especially stands out to me is that it’s of Registered Voters. Election polling can be divided into 3 types: All Adults, Registered Voters, and Likely Voters. The first two categories usually sway 5-10 points to the negative for Democrats on election day since they include youth, minority, and unplugged Americans who traditionally don’t show up to vote as much. That’s why more accurate pollsters like Rasmussen and Tipp stick with the Likely Voters category. The difference is even more stark when it comes to MAGA candidates.
So, if Registered Voters already have 57 percent negative favorability of Democrats, it’s more like 65 percent for Likely Voters. Reagan won 49 states in 1984 with about 59 percent of the popular vote. This is serious trouble for every non-rigged voting district, even in traditionally blue states. Of course, midterms and 2028 are a long ways away, and we know the Republican establishment will likely fuck things up, sabotaging everything Trump tries to do, so I wouldn’t get too excited.
Speaking of the GOP establishment, there will never be a better time than the Trump 2nd term to get rid of corrupt RINO fossils like Susan Collins, Mitch McConnell, Lindsay Graham, and Lisa Murkowski. Chances are they know their days are numbered, so they’ll be instructed by their Ruling Class controllers to go scorched Earth on the Trump agenda the rest of their time in office. Despite their unpopularity, incumbents have plenty of tools to rig voting districts in their favor, which is how so many hated politicians stay in power for half a century. So, it won’t be as easy as it should to primary them out, but it definitely can be done. It is 100 percent guaranteed the media will try to convince you “only a moderate can win in so-and-so districts,” especially in blue and swing states. These are the same people who pushed Romney and McCain, then told you Trump had no chance the past 10 years. The usual media suspects and commentators will even praise and promote so-called “moderate” Republicans during primaries, then switch back to Destroy mode once the general election season begins. Don’t fall for it!
The electorate is finally wising up. You’re even seeing celebrities, rappers, and sports commentators expressing their disgust with the Democrat party. The carefully scripted bubble most liberals live in has been penetrated. Sure, 35 percent of the country is likely too far gone to save, but the time is now to make meaningful change. The other 65 percent of Americans long for principled leaders who will truly drain the swamp and espouse libertarian, government-shrinking policies. No more “lesser of two evils” bullshit!
